A global 1-day digital event focused on accelerating diversity & inclusion. Phill supported the experience design, as well as anchored the full 17-hour live broadcast experience out of Sydney, Australia.
On March 17, 2021 Microsoft hosted Include as an opportunity to accelerate the D&I journey of the company and to engage their own ecosystem.
Microsoft brought together some of the top minds in academia, law, social justice, and human behaviour—to share insights and stories about driving systemic and individual change.
Phill anchored the experience, including dialogue with CEO Satya Nadella and the world’s leading thinkers and practitioners in the space.
The live digital broadcast ran for 17 hours and saw 100,000 participants from more than 180 countries join throughout the experience.
GitHub, Manager Meetup 2020-1
In partnership with the Chief Human Resources Officer and key stakeholders, Phill designed and delivered a first-of-its-kind, 3-day digital learning event for the manager community of GitHub.
This worldwide virtual event acknowledged the challenges of 2020—and brought together teams and leaders to establish a framework for personal leadership and resilience in challenging times.
Phill’s dynamic approach placed a high emphasis on participation and engagement throughout, with rhetorical content design, direct provocations for the audience, moments of guided self reflection, and regular opportunities for peer-to-peer conversations.
Phill returned in May 2021 to architect and deliver another iteration of the Manager Meetup.
Boston Consulting Group X, Global Directors Program
Under the direction of the Sr Director, People and Operations, Phill designed and delivered an deeply impactful hybrid program for Directors of BCG Digital Ventures.
The Director's Program blended in-the-room experiences, engaging online programming and self-paced online learning to immerse leaders in conversations and reflections focussing on Emotional Leadership, Executive Presence, Psychological Safety and Inclusion.
World class guest contributors including Professor Laura Huang of Harvard and Wharton featured alongside the company's most senior executives.
